The earth is the home that we live in, and so far the only planet that is suitable for humans. However, there are also very desolate places on the earth, which is not suitable for humans. Today we take stock of the most desolate corners of the earth.

1. Resurrection island

The resurrection island 2000 miles away from Chile Coast is a small island on the vast Pacific Ocean. It has only an area of 70 square kilometers, and the existing population is about 4,000.

This island is famous for its stone carving groups on the beach. They are carved by the earliest aboriginal people on the island in the 16th century. Due to a large number of cutting trees to make a sled, the trees on the island almost disappeared.

Scientists say that the lush island is almost deserted now. This is the first impression of everyone here. The earliest immigrants took a few weeks to arrive here. Now there is the most remote airport in the world here, and passengers can take flights to San Diego, Chile.
