Although many people like to bathe in the sunshine in warm resorts, some people like to go to some cold areas to enjoy the stimulation of extreme cold. Some countries are covered with snow all year round, and you can barely feel the temperature of the sun. But which countries are the coldest?


1. Greenland


It is surrounded by a cold sea from all directions. It is also one of the countries with the longest coastline. Three quarters of Greenland is permanently covered in ice, so it is a real ice kingdom. 2. Canada

3. Kazakhstan


This country is located in the Arctic Circle and is part of the former Soviet Union. The temperature in winter is between -30°C and -35°C. From November to April, the city's rivers are usually frozen.

Finland is located in the northernmost part of Europe, with a long winter. Snow falls all over the country, and Finland is also famous for the northern lights. There is permanent snow from mid-October to early May. On very cold days, the temperature in the coldest places can drop to -45°C.
