Somehow, cakes are no longer just a dessert for birthdays, and people often serve cakes as afternoon tea.

Various flavors and styles of cakes were introduced, and the chocolate cake was one of the most popular ones.

Chocolate cake is a greasy cake that contains cocoa powder or chocolate.

Dark chocolate is beneficial because the cocoa powder used to produce it contains a bitter substance called flavanol.

It is an excellent antioxidant with heart disease prevention and anti-cancer properties. Its antioxidant power is three times that of milk chocolate and four times that of black tea.

The darker the chocolate, the more antioxidants it contains, but the more bitter it tastes.

It is worth noting that all chocolates contain a lot of fat, sugar, and calories, and excessive consumption can have certain adverse effects on health, so it is also important to eat chocolate in moderation.
